Whether you plan on buying a home or renting a space for your RV, Park Model or Manufactured Home, the online application process is easy.
Steps To Buy a Home
STEP 1:
Please print and fill out the following documents and either hand them to Bill or scan and email them to Bill at [email protected]
- Credit Application Form (5 pages)
- Communications Disclosure (1 page)
- CASH Calculation Sheet (2 pages)
Please text or email the following to Bill:
- Photo of Driver’s license(s)
- Social Security card(s)
- Source of Down payment (bank statement, gift letter, etc)
STEP 2:
21st Mortgage reviews documents and approves the loan (Usually within 24 hours)
A representative of 21st Mortgage will contact you and ask you to provide the following:
- Proof of down payment
- A 30 day bank transaction history
- Verification of Employment
STEP 3:
Once the customer’s core conditions are cleared (ID, Income, Source of Down Payment) Sleepy Meadow will have you fill out and submit the following:
- Purchase Agreement
- Contract Request form
- Retailer Disclosure (2 pages)
- Community Certification
Your new home goes into escrow!
Steps To Rent a Space
- Contact Bill either by phone or email (Bill’s contact information is at the bottom of the page) to schedule an appointment to view the park
- Download and fill out a background application form. Text him a LEGIBLE photo of the form and a photo of your driver’s license. (All adults over the age of 18 must submit a background check)
- A security deposit equal to a month’s rent plus the first month’s rent plus an account set up fee of $100 (includes the cost of up to two background checks, first month’s water/sewer/trash fee) must be paid prior to moving into the park
